• Interim Import

  • Allows users to make informed decisions about the tasks they bring into Aphex. New features include support for WBS Summaries, Level of Effort Tasks, Driving Predecessors outside the import scope, handling actual dates, and setting target dates for milestones, with the added ability to download a CSV of skipped or modified tasks and skipped folders.

Bug Fixes

• Bulk changes to promised tasks did not trigger progress updates.

• Undoing tasks after deletion did not generate tidy-up actions where needed.

• Issues occurred with multi-select and task/subtask management in Gantt View.

• Moving tasks between projects failed for a large number of tasks.

• Tasks created in Board View were missing in filtered view when a tag/assignee was added on creation.

• Deleting linked tasks reported a higher number of tasks in the toast popup.

• Removing all tags from a task did not save the update.

• Gantt columns did not extend properly when moving in.

• Link drawing failed for tasks that were far apart.

• Jumping to results in Gantt View did not work when typing in the task name.

• Standard users could not add a tag via the Gantt column dropdown.

• Attempting to open "Work to Review" a second time resulted in a blank Gantt.

• Showing relationship links in Board View defaulted to on instead of off.

• Dates in Board View wrapped incorrectly.

• Clicking the eye icon on relationship links did not navigate to the task.

• Link popovers were not positioned correctly.

• Actions in folder settings reverted folder collapsing.

• Subfolders could not be dragged upwards.

• Transferring folders between projects was copying them over in a different order.

• Map View showed clashes only for the owner, not project-wide.

• Entering an address in Project Settings resulted in a broken location pin.

• Labour search in Project Assets did not pick up partially written text.

• The published version logo was misaligned.

• Improved (Green) & Slipped (Red) Target Date icons were not aligned properly.

• Tasks with no work area required and a blank model space location caused crashes.

• The critical path was not recognised correctly.

• Obliterated Organisations still allowed access through the homepage or bookmarked URL.

• Updating the date property in List View did not reflect task dates.

• Adding ArcGIS credentials through the Admin App was not possible.
