Wider Note Field (Board)
We expanded the note field on task cards to make longer notes easier to read directly on the board when the Notes property is enabled.
Notes can be expanded using “See more”, allowing them to grow vertically based on content.
Expanded notes can be closed by pressing Escape or clicking anywhere outside the note.
Hyperlink Modal
We’ve introduced a warning modal for all external links to improve transparency and security.
Clicking an external link now displayed a confirmation modal before redirecting.
Confirmed links opened in a new browser window.
The warning appears regardless of who originally added the link.
Master Schedule Imports
Fixed an issue where lag was incorrectly calculated during XML imports.
Resolved inconsistencies where folders appeared differently in Gantt View compared to the Project Assets page after XML import.
Calendar & Timezones
Corrected an issue where US time zones were not shading the correct days on Calendars.
Board View
Improved the visual styling and reliability of relationship links in Board View.
Site Diary
Fixed an issue where clicking a historic diary entry immediately triggered the Restore modal instead of opening the entry.
Mobile
Fixed alignment issues for unplanned task titles on mobile Overview.
Addressed multiple mobile-specific Diary layout and interaction issues:
Unplanned tasks appearing misaligned.
The Overview view shifting left on mobile.
Download actions not functioning as expected.
Fixed Intercom authorisation issues on mobile.
Users & Access
Fixed missing feedback when attempting to add users who already existed or were suspended.
Restored access to Intercom in published versions.
